A username is a selection of characters which can be used to identify you. You can make it up yourself from whatever you choose, for example, email address, surnames, nickname, telephone number etc.
The main thing is that it’s something you can easily remember.
A password is a way of proving who you are, of authenticating you.
It consists of a selection of characters of your choice and should be something you can memorise so that you can enter it when asked.
If you forget it, your password can not be supplied to you. You will need to create a new password as passwords are irreversibly encrypted in our database and contact list.
